Paperstick Software FZE offers a refund window of 14 calendar days from the date Stripe charged your payment method for a WhatsNew.app subscription payment. Within that window, you may request a full refund of that subscription fee by emailing [email protected].
After the 14-day window, subscription fees are not refunded except where required by applicable consumer law. If you think a charge is wrong or you have a statutory right to cancel or refund, contact us at [email protected].
Refunds are processed through Stripe. This policy is also described in our Terms of Service.
